Catherine Chambers Braun, 73, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Saturday, September 28, 2019. The prayers of final commendation and farewell will be held for Catherine Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in Westover Memorial Park, Augusta Georgia at 11:00 am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.Catherine was born March 19, 1946 in Augusta, Georgia, daughter of James Newton Chambers and Eunice Moorefield Chambers. She was a graduate of Augusta College and was a retired Property Manager. She is survived by her son, Erik C. Braun (Britt Wahlin) of Charlottesville, VA, daughter, Katherine B. Hunter (Stuart) of Mt. Pleasant, grandchildren Zach, Taylor, Carolina, Annika and Freya, and a sister, Marilyn Bell of Jacksonville, FL.
