Carolyn Greene Taylor

Entered into eternal rest of the evening of January 28, 2011, Carolyn Greene Taylor, widow of Perry Sessions Taylor of Summerville, SC formerly of North Charleston, SC.  The relatives and friends of Carolyn Taylor are invited to attend her funeral service Wednesday February 2, 2011 in Park Circle Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Park. Friends may call at J. Henry Stuhr Inc, North Area Chapel (2119 Dorchester Road) Tuesday afternoon from Noon until 2pm. A Memorial Service will follow visitation in The Village of Summerville at 3pm. Carolyn was born August 21, 1923 in Charleston, SC; daughter of Myles Jefferson Greene and Rhody Frances Smith. She attended Troy Alabama State Teacher's College, volunteered for Roper Hospital and was a member of Park Circle Presbyterian Church. She retired from the Production Control Department at Westvaco. Surviving are, 4 nieces, Mary Lou Taylor of North Charleston, SC, Ginny T. Phillips and husband Tom of Isle of Palms, SC, Cindy Taylor of Greenville, SC  Paula T. Flythe and husband Sam of  Tarboro, NC; 2 great nieces, April Phillips, Kaitlyn Flythe; 1 great nephew Samuel Flythe; cousins, Paul Taylor and wife Olethia of Eure, NC, Roberta Greene of Opelika, AL .
