Carole Ann Billings Neri, 83, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of Joseph John Neri died Friday, December 29, 2017. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, January 4, 2018 in Christ Our King Catholic Church, 1149 Russell Drive at 11:00 am. Prayers of Final Commendation and Farewell will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Road. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, from 5:00 until 7:00 pm where the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm.

Carole was born December 21, 1934 in Buffalo, New York, daughter of the late James Billings and the late Mary Matt Billings. Carole was a loving wife, amazing mother and grandmother. She will be remembered by her words of wisdom, sense of humor, contagious laugh and her unconditional love for everyone in her family.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years of marriage, Joseph J. Neri of Mt. Pleasant, SC; son, Russell Neri (Noreen) of FL; three daughters, Lynn Marie Ansbach (Richard) of Centereach, NY, Susan Neri Hensch (Tim) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Joanne Neri Leonardi (Garrett) of Port Jefferson Station, NY; brother, Thomas Billings (Christine) of Buffalo, NY; grandchildren, Christopher Ansbach, Daniel Ansbach (Adrienne), Ryan Neri, Christina Hensch, Melissa Hensch White (Ben), Jenna Leonardi, Courtney Hensch, Brian Ansbach, Andrew Hensch, Stephanie Leonardi, Adam Neri, grand pup Serenity (her snuggle buddy partner) and all her loveable great grand pups.
