Carol was born January 4, 1947 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late MSgt. Tandy J. Hill and the late Caroline Whiteley Hill.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Plaszczenski (Brian Weber) of Camden, SC and her sister, Nancy D Hill, of Charleston, SC.
