Carl Alan Becker, 75, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, December 14, 2018. All services will be private. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.
Carl was born October 6, 1943 in South Bend, Indiana, son of Charles Philip Becker and Betty Lee Becker. He honorably served in the United States Navy. Carl was a Life Master Bridge player who taught and directed Bridge playing. He enjoyed sports, especially the SC Gamecocks and Notre Dame. Carl loved his family and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by two daughters: Elizabeth Ann Wolcott (Brian) of Lakeland, FL, Brigette Lee Becker of Grand Forks, ND; son, Christopher Becker of Baton Rouge, LA; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; and longtime companion, Cheryl Scott.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Marissa Dyrdal.
