Cadden Middleton Gaylord, 85, of Winter Park, Florida, widower of Ellen Louise Stroble Gaylord, entered into eternal rest Friday, September 19, 2014, in Winter Park, Florida. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 10:00 am. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway.

Cadden was born December 26, 1928 in Charleston, SC. He was the son of the late George Bert Gaylard, Sr. and Ethel Martin Gaylard Bryant. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII and the Korean War. Cadden was a retired Manager of the Florida Mining and Materials Company. During his career, he received multiple awards and recognitions.

He is survived by his four children and their spouses: Sandra E. Gaylord ofSummerville, SC; Pamela J. Bates of Clermont, FL; Cadden M. Gaylord, Jr. and Mary of Orlando, FL; and Robert B. Gaylord and Michelle of Orlando, FL; and eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
