Burnadeen Rose Phillips Windon Marks, 81, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 14, 2013.
A private memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 in the chapel of J. HENRY STUHR INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.
Burnadeen Rose was born September 14, 1932 in Clarksburg, West Virginia, daughter of Alonzo Phillips and Cora Canfield Phillips. She was a retired nurse and the widow of Harry Lee Windon and Vaughn Marks. She was a member of Clarksburg Baptist Church, Clarksburg, WV and attended Ashley River Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Kennedy of Charleston, SC and Terri Cryderman (Bruce) of St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada; a sister, Shirley Epling of Clarksburg, WV; six grandchildren, Erin Rogers (Adam), Jim Hyatt, William Kennedy, Matthew Cryderman (Sara), Emma Kennedy and Nathan Kennedy (Ashley); a great-grandson, Benjamin Luke Rogers.
