Bruce Brower

Bruce Brower, 54, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Catherine Gener Brower, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on Saturday, June 8, 2013. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at 1:00 pm. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Bruce was born on April 18,1959, in Teaneck, New Jersey, son of Ralph Sumner Brower and Roseanne Brower Crawford. He was a mechanic by trade and lived his life full speed ahead, with the wind in his face and the sun on his back, riding his Harley. He was also a warm and generous friend to everyone he met on his journeys. Bruce was a die hard Rock and Roller, loved Yankees baseball and Giants football.

He is survived by his wife Catherine of Mount Pleasant, SC; his mother, Roseanne Crawford; his sons, Ralph Louis Brower and Michael Anthony Brower, of Mount Pleasant, SC; his daughter, Jessica Lynn Brower of Mount Pleasant, SC; his sisters, Karen Jackson and her husband, Mark, of Mount Pleasant, SC, and Lori Mandarino and her husband, James, of Paramus, NJ; five nephews, Brendan, Dustin, Daniel, Rocco and Dominik and a great nephew, Mason. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Sumner Brower.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bruce's memory to Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road North Charleston, SC 29406.
