Brian Matthew Fowler-Rusch, 21, of Johns Island, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 4, 2015. His Graveside Service will be held Saturday, February 7, 2015 in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Friday, February 6, 2015 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn MConnell Parkway from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Brian was born February 19, 1993 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Richard M. Fowler and Julia McMillan Fowler-Rusch. He was a flooring installer.
He is survived by his father, Richard M. Fowler; his mother, Julia Fowler-Rusch of Johns Island, SC; paternal grandparents, William and Marilyn Rusch of Bonneau, SC; sister, Emily Gallagher (James) of Johns Island, SC; two nieces, Solana and Mia, and a nephew, Michael of Johns Island, SC; great-grandmother, Nina Fowler. He is also survived by his beloved friend and dog, Casper. He was preceded in death by a sister, Christina Marie Fowler-Rusch, and maternal grandparents, William and June McMillan of Johns Island, SC.
