Brenda Lee Robinson

Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of Friday, April 8, 2011, Brenda L. Robinson of Goose Creek, SC.  The relatives and friends of Mrs. Robinson are invited to attend her funeral service in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Friday, April 15, 2011, at 2 pm.  Entombment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm until the time of the service with a Women's Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Service at 1:30 pm.

Brenda was born on October 6, 1943, in Waukegan, Illinois, one of four children of Erhardt William Mathiesen and Alice Biddick Mathiesen.  She attended St. Mary's Episcopal Church and the Women's Auxiliary Fleet Reserve Branch 269, both in Goose Creek.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rickie Robinson in 2005, her parents and a brother, Erhardt William Mathiesen, Jr.

Brenda is survived by her four children: Rebecca Strickland of Goose Creek; Rickie Robinson, Jr. of Singapore and Goose Creek; Arthur Robinson and Eugene Robinson, both of Goose Creek; sister, Caren Ford of Richmond, IL and brother, Allen Mathiesen of Waukegan, IL; fourteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a third great-grandchild yet to be born.
