Brandon Douglas Ziel

Brandon Douglas Ziel, 48, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, December 31, 2024. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 19, 2025, in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. A private burial will be held later. 

Brandon was born on October 4, 1976, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, son of Terry Lee Ziel and the late Constance Cummings Carey. He was employed at Hanckel Marine in Sales and Finance. An avid boating enthusiast, Brandon enjoyed spending time with family and friends on the water. 

Brandon is survived by his father Terry of FL; daughter, Elizabeth “Liza” Ziel of Charleston, SC; stepfather, Todd Carey of Mooresville, NC; and sister, Sara O’Malley of Fort Lauderdale, FL.
