Downtown Chapel.Bonnie was born October 3, 1948 in Conway, South Carolina, daughter of William F. Jenkins and Mary Brown Jenkins. She retired as a Guest Services Representative for Kiawah Island Resorts.She is survived by her two sons, Chad E. Elsey of Columbia, SC and Bryan S. Elsey of Johns Island, SC; two grandsons, Jacob F.
