Bobbie Ann Baxley Williamson, 74, of Charleston, SC, wife of Thomas S. Williamson and former wife of Louis Whittington, Jr., entered into eternal rest Tuesday, June 11, 2013. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 14, 2013 in the Ashley River Baptist Church, 1101 Savannah Hwy. at 11:00 am. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC. WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway.

Bobbie was born November 21, 1938 in Marion, SC, daughter of the late Robert Baxley and Maybelle Williams Baxley. She was a retired U.S. Postal Clerk and was a very active member of Ashley River Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas S. Williamson of Charleston; daughter, Melanie Whittington Burn of Charleston; son, L. Allen Whittington, III of Summerville; three step sons, Thomas R. Williamson (Pam) of Easley, SC, William R. Williamson (Anjay) of Columbia, SC, and Robert D. Williamson of Columbia, SC; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
