Bobbie Joe Williams

Bobbie Williams, 69, of Hanahan, SC, husband of Louise Williams, died Wednesday, September 29, 2010.

Born November 18, 1940 in Tyler, Texas he was the son of Arlin Walker Williams and Kathleen Bull Williams.  He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps and a former welding foreman at the Charleston Naval Shipyard.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of 30 years, Louise Williams of Hanahan, SC; Children:  Anita Shipman of North Charleston, SC, Walter Judy of Moncks Corner, SC, Barbara Judy of Concord, NC, Kenneth Judy of North Charleston, SC; brother, Sam Watson of Seagoville, TX; grandchildren:  Christy O'Brien, Kelly Judy, Tabetha Judy, Catherine Shipman and Kimberly Shipman; three great-grandchildren:  Tyler, Sheldon and Joey O'Brien.

The funeral service will be held in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 10:00 AM.  Interment, with military honors, to follow at Beaufort National Cemetery at 1:00 PM.  The family will receive friends in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel Sunday, October 3, 2010 between 2:00 and 4:00 PM.
