Bob Persons Allen

Bob Persons Allen, Jr. 63, of Martinez, Georgia, husband of Yvonne Hadden Allen entered into eternal rest Sunday, April 2, 2017. His memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2017 in Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 4255 Columbia Rd. at 6:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Tuesday in Elliott Sons Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Bob was born July 26, 1953 in Forsyth, Georgia, son of Bob Persons Allen, Sr. and Anne Jenkins Allen. He was an Environmental Specialist at Southern Company. Bob loved the outdoors, fishing and spending time with his family at his Lake Oconee home.

He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Hadden Allen of Martinez, GA; daughter, Amanda A. Littleton, and her husband, Jason of Mount Pleasant, SC; son, Adam C. Allen and his wife, Montana of Grovetown, GA; two grandchildren, Elli Kate Littleton and Charlie Littleton; sister, Lesa Allen Johnson and her husband, Mark of Macon, GA; brother, Jim Allen and his wife, Nancy of Roswell, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
