Blanche Viola Brown Johnson

Blanche Viola Brown Johnson, 87, of Columbus, Ohio, widow of Russell Joseph Johnson entered into eternal rest Wednesday, October 19, 2022. Her funeral service will be held graveside Saturday, October 29, 2022 in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Friday, October 28, 2022 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Downtown Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Blanche was born September 18, 1935 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late John William Brown and Beulah Fisk Brown. She spent 35 years as a church secretary for Longview Baptist Church in Franklin, NC.

Blanche is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Johnson White (Frank) of Dublin, OH; and sister, Bonnie Brown Leggio (Frank) of Sarasota, FL. She was predeceased by her brother, John (Jay) William Brown Jr. 

Blanche is also survived by nephews and nieces, Frank and Michael Leggio, Daphne (Bockensted) and Lisa Brown and their families, along with many extended family and friends whom she loved dearly.
