Billy Edward Webb

Billy Edward Webb, 83, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Carolyn Louise Simmons Webb died peacefully at home on Sunday, January 22, 2023. His graveside service will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023, in the Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, at 1:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Billy was born September 2, 1939, in Lake City, Florida, son of the late Peter Daniel Webb and the late Isla Barber Webb. He had a full career and retired from BellSouth. Billy was known to be a jack of all trades. He belonged to the Future Farmers of America and was a proud U.S. Navy veteran. He will be remembered most, for being a devoted family man.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Carolyn; two sons, Daniel L. Webb of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Billy E. Webb, Jr.(Christina); daughter, Karen Cassell (Andy) all of Mt. Pleasant; four grandchildren, Blayde Webb, Marisa Webb, Ellie Cassell-Hutchins (Kenny), and Kristelyn Blough (Dale); and his brother, Peter Webb. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jay Webb and his sister, Lauren Webb.
