Billy Ray Byers
Billy was born October 4, 1947 in Albany, Kentucky, son of the late Bill Byers and the late Helen Beatty Byers. He retired from the United States Navy and was a State Ports Police Officer.
In addition to his wife of 42 years, he is survived by children, Melissa Stover (Gary) of Pallmall, TN, Jerry Byers (Rebecca) of AZ, Jason Byers and Bryan Byers both of North Charleston, SC; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and sibling, Faye Wallace of Clarksville, TN.
