Beverly Culler Bennett

Beverly Culler Bennett, 92, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late Dr. Robert E. Bennett, entered into eternal rest Friday, May 9, 2025. Her Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, May 13, 2025 in the Memorial Park Cemetery, 2720 Broughton St., Orangeburg, SC, at 11:30 am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel.

Beverly was born July 5, 1932 in Orangeburg, South Carolina, daughter of the late Luther E. Culler and Florine Kay Kittrell Culler. Beverly was a graduate of Orangeburg High School and attended Winthrop University. She was the past president of Women's Rotary Auxiliary. She was active in her church and most enjoyed singing in the choir. Beverly enjoyed gardening, Western North Carolina mountain homes, and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by daughter, Brenda Bennett Rodenberg (Mark) of Charleston, SC; sons, Robert E. Bennett, Jr. (Sandy), and Dr. Timothy C. Bennett (Teri); grandchildren, Robert E. Bennett, III, Culler Bennett (McKayla), Rhen Bennett, Chris Puckhaber (Bekah); and two great-grandchildren, Carley and Chloe.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Dr. Robert E. Bennett; sisters, Joyce Tyler, Barbara Schein; and brother, Richard Culler.
