Betty Jo Woods

Betty Jo Woods, 94, of Charleston, SC, widow of Walter Woods Jr., entered into eternal rest Saturday, September 25, 2021. Her Graveside Service will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road, Charleston, SC at 11 a.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Charleston, SC.

Betty was born June 22, 1927 in Walterboro, South Carolina, daughter of the late William Wilson Brown and Annabelle Davis Brown. She was a homemaker.

Betty is survived by her three daughters: Joyce Lyons (William) of Moyock, NC, Jo Ann Woods and Janet Kay Amos (Daniel) of Charleston, SC both of Charleston, SC; five grandchildren: Bryan Lyons, Kevin Lyons , Jessica Oswald, Eric Faust and Joshua Amos; and four great-grandchildren.
