Betty Land Wolfe

Betty Land Wolfe, 82, widow of Ross B. Wolfe, of Ladson, SC passed away Saturday, May 12, 2012.

Born January 10, 1930 in Macon, GA, daughter of the late Elmer Jessie Land and Viola Gunter Land. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints and served there in various positions. Betty was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her three sons, Ronnie W. Wolfe, (Cindy) and Steven M. Wolfe (Lucretia) both of North Charleston, SC and Allen Wolfe (Sherri) of Summerville, SC; two daughters, Beverly J. Marso of Ladson, SC and Cynthia G. Powell (Roger) of Summerville, SC; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; and three nieces. She was preceded in death by a son, Brian M. Wolfe in 1983.

The relatives and friends of Betty Land Wolfe are invited to attend her funeral service in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 8720 Antler Drive, North Charleston, SC on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. ARRANGEMENTS BY J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road. Interment, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
