Betty Ann Myers Betty Ann Myers, 79, of Columbia, South Carolina, widow of Robert Darrel Myers entered into eternal rest Sunday, April 22, 2018. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, May 5, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:30 a.m. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the time of service. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Blackhill National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.

Betty was born August 8, 1938 in Lincoln, Nebraska, daughter of the late Henry Jay Baker and Hulda Brunken Baker. She was retired from Wachovia bank after 45 years of service. Betty was an avid lover of flowers and gardening, antique collecting, and volunteering at Agape Senior Living. She was predeceased in death by her husband Robert "Bob" Myers who was 20 years active duty until his retirement and served over ten years with the Charleston Police Department. Betty loved traveling the world with him. She is also preceded in death by her son Dan A. Myers.

She is survived by her son, Brett Robert Myers (Lisa) of Summerville, SC; daughter-in-law, Janet M. Myers of Charleston, SC; brother, Jerry Baker of Oceanside, CA and three grandchildren, Aaron Brett Myers, Joseph and Mollie Decker.
