Betty J. Charpia, 70, of Williston, SC, entered into eternal rest Sunday, March 20, 2022 at her sister Joyce's home in Hanahan.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2022 in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road at 2:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston, SC.

Betty was born October 6, 1951 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Grady H. Charpia and Alice Knight Charpia. Her favorite hobby was quilting.

She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Charpia, two granddaughters, Allyson Charpia and Emily Charpia all of Greenwood, SC; sister, Joyce Duncan of Hanahan, SC; sister, Diane Miller (Robert) of Summerville, SC; sister, Linda Reeves (Richard) of Aiken, SC; brother, Carl Charpia of Salisbury, NC; sister, Marsha Charpia of Williston, SC; and brother, Ken Charpia (Vivian) of Christianburg, VA.

Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Pansy Leppert and two brothers, Wayne Charpia and Zernie Charpia.
