Bessie Wyndham Wilson

Bessie Wyndham Wilson, 97, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late Louis A. Wilson, Jr., entered into eternal rest Friday, July 5, 2024. Her Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 11:00 am, at the Honey Hill cemetery.

Bessie was born November 7, 1926 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Edward Peter Wyndham and Minnie Huckabee Wyndham. She graduated from Murray Vocational School. She was a member of St Andrews Parish United Methodist church, the United Methodist Women and the Nimble Fingers Knitting Ministry at St Andrews Parish.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband of 70 years, she was preceded in death by her son, Louis Aaron Wilson III.
