Bertha Fulton Tallon

Entered into eternal rest on the morning of August 9, 2010, Bertha Fulton Tallon, widow of Harry Lindler Tallon, of Hanahan, SC.  The relatives and friends of Mrs. Tallon are invited to attend her funeral service in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Saturday, August 14, 2010, at nine thirty o'clock.  Interment, Carolina Memorial Park.  Friends may call at Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel on Friday, between six and eight o'clock.

Mrs. Tallon was born on April 12, 1924, in Bloomingvale, SC, the youngest of nine children of Joseph Wallace Fulton and Frances Ellen Smith Fulton.  She was an active member of the Highland Park Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Lindler Bootle, and her husband Fred of Folly Beach, SC; sons, Joseph Tallon, and his wife Martha of Summerville, SC, and Roy Tallon of Hanahan, SC; sister, Grace Boykin of Goose Creek, SC; grandchildren:  Mary Ellen Bootle Thacker, Martha Elizabeth Bootle, Timothy Tallon Bootle, Matthew Alexander Tallon, Joshua Anthony Tallon and Charles Lindler Tallon; and seven great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
