Bernnie Lou Davis, 78, of Johns Island, South Carolina, wife of Ruben O'Neal Davis, Sr., entered into eternal rest, on Thursday, March 31, 2022. Her Funeral Service will be held Sunday, April 3, 2022 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in the Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends, Saturday, April 2, 2022, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway.

Bernnie was born March 13, 1944 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Bernard C. Tucker, Sr. and the late Louie King Tucker, Sr.

Besides her husband, Ruben, she is survived by her sons, Christopher Manning, James E. Manning, III, Clary Davis, and Ruben Davis, Jr.; her brother, BC Tucker; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
