Barbara Jean Meyer, 40, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 30, 2022. Her celebration of life will be held Friday, June 3, 2022 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 3:00 pm, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service.

Barbara was born September 15, 1981 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Eric Rivers Meyer and Maria David Curran.   

She is survived by her mother, Dr. Maria David Curran (Don Bennett) of Charlotte, NC; father, Eric Rivers Meyer of North Charleston, SC; maternal grandmother, Barbara Curran of Charlotte, NC; children, Tyler Dwayne Asher, Trace Rivers Figueroa, and Alexia Leslie Figueroa; brother, Austin Curran-Bennett of Charlotte, NC; as well as numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Memorial donations may be made in Barbara's honor to the North Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road, North Charleston, SC 29406.
