Baines Robert Lathbury

Baines Robert Lathbury, 18, of Charleston, South Carolina entered into eternal rest Monday, February 25, 2013. His memorial service will be held Thursday, February 28, 2013 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL at 2:00 p.m.. The family will receive friends Wednesday at James Island Yacht Club between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m.

Baines was born March 25, 1994 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Sean Lee Lathbury and Gina King Lathbury. He was a student at Trident Technical College and a former student at Coastal Carolina. Baines was an avid saltwater fisherman and was a well respected employee of the Folly Beach Fishing Pier.

He is survived by his parents, Sean Lee Lathbury and Gina King Lathbury; brother Andrew Lee Lathbury all of Charleston, SC; maternal grandmother, Laura Jo Ashley and maternal grandfather, Norman Dale King both of Clinton, SC; paternal grandparents, Floyd and Sheila Lathbury of Hollywood, SC; as well as his aunts, uncles and cousins.
