Avery F. Crounse

Avery F. Crounse, 71, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Monday, March 20, 2023. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Avery was born April 15, 1951 in Paducah, Kentucky, son of the late George Crounse and Eleanor Buchanan Crounse. He was an award winning director and acclaimed photographer who also owned his own production company. 

He is survived by his partner, Jessica Sater of Charleston, SC; two daughters: Erin B. Fenet (Robert Charles Wickliffe Fenet) of Darien, GA and Caitlin Baldwin Reuterskiold of Stockholm, Sweden; and two grandchildren: Astrid Reuterskiold and Isabela Reuterskiold. 

Avery was predeceased by his siblings: George Crounse and Jincy Crounse.
