Audrey "A.J." O'Neil Chavis, III, 28, of Johns Island, South Carolina, husband of Christina Capogreco Chavis, entered into eternal rest Saturday, June 7, 2014. His Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway. Interment to follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel Wednesday, June 11, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

A.J. was born August 17, 1985 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Audrey O'Neil Chavis, Jr. and Deanna Pritchard Chavis. He was a Commercial Diver and member of Epworth Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Christina Capogreco Chavis; two sons, Ryder and Kai Chavis, and a baby to be born in September, Colten Chavis all of Johns Island, SC; parents, Audrey O'Neil Chavis Jr. and Deanna Pritchard Chavis of Johns Island, SC; paternal grandparents, Audrey and Alberta Chavis of James Island, SC.
