Ashley Dawn Lloyd Umbert

Ashley Dawn Lloyd Umbert, 40, of Summerville, South Carolina, wife of Hector Umbert entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 7, 2024 after fighting a long battle of JRA for all of her life. Her Funeral Service will be held Sunday, February 11, 2024 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:30 pm.  Interment will be at Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 1:30 pm. 

Ashley was born November 18, 1983 in North Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Barry Glenn Lloyd and the late Pamela Sue Coker Lloyd. She was a faithful wife to Hector and a loving mother to Michael. Ashley had a great love of all things living.  She watched over and cared for countless families and friends along with dedicating numerous years to the Animal Hospital of North Charleston.

In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by; son, Michael Umbert of Summerville, SC; siblings, Crystal Nettles (Chad Anderson) of Moncks Corner and Brittany Pingolt (Steven) of Springfield, IL; niece, Gabrielle Nettles; nephew, Landon Nettles; mother-in-law, Antonia Umbert; and dog, Reba.
