Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of Friday, February 17, 2012, Arthur Price Morton, Jr., of Charleston, SC. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Mitchell Morton, of Bluefield, VA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his graveside funeral services at Beaufort National Cemetery Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 11:00 am.

Mr. Morton was born August 4, 1930 in Charleston, SC, a son of the late Dr. Arthur Price Morton, Sr. and the late Lillian Wright Morton. He was a retired school teacher and a Navy veteran. Arthur received his bachelor's degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.

He is survived by a sister-in-law, Roberta Neighbors Morton of Charleston; and two nieces, Carolyn Morton Russo of McCalla, AL and Roberta McKeithan Taconet of Charleston.
