Aline Elizabeth Drawdy

Aline Elizabeth Drawdy, 84, of North Charleston, SC, wife of the late Marion Clinton Drawdy entered into eternal rest Sunday, March 12, 2023. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 15, 2023 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Rd at 11:00 am. Interment at Bethany Cemetery, 10 Cunnington Ave., North Charleston, SC 29405. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  

Aline was born February 10, 1939 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Henry William Kinsey and the late Carrie Inez Benton Kinsey.  She loved going to church, watching old movies, listening to old rock and roll, but mostly loved her family and was very family oriented.  

She is survived by three sons: Tyrone Clinton Drawdy and his wife Keitha of Indian Trail, NC, Craig Lynn Drawdy of Summerville, SC and Alan Quinn Drawdy of Summerville, SC; five grandchildren: Lindsay, Jonathan, Colby, Shane and Brendon; four great-grandchildren: Sean, Alyssa, Arabella and Kai'ren; two sisters, Rosemary Wyndham of Goose Creek, SC and Geraldine Urick of Eutawville, SC; and many loved nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded by son, Faron Drawdy and brother, Jack Kinsey.

A memorial donation may be made in her name to a charity of one's choice.
