Annie Laurie Mazzell Koger

Annie Laurie Mazzell Koger, 94, of Johns Island, South Carolina, wife of Ernest Koger entered into eternal rest Saturday, November 10, 2018. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in First Baptist Church of Johns Island, 3483 Maybank Hwy. at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will follow in First Baptist Church of Johns Island Churchyard. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC,. WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL.

Annie was born December 10, 1923 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Oliver Mazzell and Annie Ballentine Mazzell. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Johns Island, where she served faithfully for over 50 years.

She is survived by her husband of over 70 years, Ernest Koger of Johns Island, SC; two daughters, Marilyn K. Sims (Thomas) and Jenny Koger all of Charleston, SC; son, Robert Ernest Koger of Johns Island, SC; seven grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
