Annie Winkle Chassereau

Annie W. Chassereau, 94, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of the late Jacob Franklin Chassereau, Jr. entered into eternal rest December 28, 2022. Her service will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2023, in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 12:00 pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens 3093 Ashley River Road.

Annie was born February 5, 1928 in Summerville, South Carolina, daughter of the late Suit Winkle and the late Ida Cooper Winkle.  She was a long time member of Northbridge Baptist Church and the Preschool Director.  

She is survived by son, Wayne F. Chassereau of Charleston, SC; daughter, Kathryn Ann Fath of Cross, SC; grandchildren, Jeremy Chassereau, Hayley Chassereau Joyner, Michael Chassereau, Ellen Chassereau, Jacob Chassereau, Jennifer FathWham, Karen Fath Hamm, Sarah Fath Screws. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by grandson, Alec.
