Annesley Quinn Barrineau, 88, of North Charleston, SC, widow of Charles "Bootsie" Henry Barrineau, Sr., died Friday, March 18, 2016. Her funeral service will be held Monday, March 21, 2016 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC. NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 pm J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel.
Annesley was born August 30, 1927 in Newtownards, Northern Ireland, daughter of the late Robert Quinn and the late Agnes McDade Quinn. She was a member of Dorway Baptist Church.
She is survived by five children: Cheryl Bass (Joseph) of North Charleston, Pastor Charles Henry Barrineau, (Teri) of Thompsons Station, TN, Shannon Barfield of Hanahan; Maureen Teresa Barrineau of North Charleston; and Margaret Morrow (Billy) of Summerville; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
She was also preceded in death her sister, Maggie Quayle; brother, Noel Quinn; and son-in-law, David Barfield.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association SC Chapter 2090, Executive Hall Road, Suite 130, Charleston, SC 29407.
