Anne Elaine Taylor Pearce, 91, of Johns Island, South Carolina, widow of Offie Wright Pearce entered into eternal rest Sunday, May 13, 2018. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 15, 2018 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Her Funeral service will be held at the Graveside Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Avenue at 11:00 a.m.

Anne was born May 31, 1926 in Millen, Georgia, daughter of the late James Louis Taylor and Anne Lawrence Taylor. She was a member of the Daughters of the Nile, member of Amaranths, and member of Ashley River Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra P. Putnam of Johns Island, SC; son, James Wright Pearce (Deborah Wiles) of Tucker, GA; granddaughter, August D'Aleo of Baltimore, MD; four great-grandchildren, Caleb D'Aleo of Ft. Collins, CO, Leo D'Aleo, Anna D'Aleo, Bernard D'Aleo all of Baltimore, MD, bonus grandchildren, Alisa Wiles, Jason Wiles, Zachary Wiles, Hannah Wiles, bonus great-grandchildren, Olivia, Delaney and Abigail.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 950 W. Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29605.
