Anne Griesman Cook, 65, wife of James Larry Cook of Isle of Palms, South Carolina passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2011. The relatives and friends of Anne Cook are invited to attend her funeral Service at the Graveside on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 in Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
Anne was born on September 16, 1946 in Charlotte, NC, daughter of the late Ernest Griesman and Sara Nell Emerson Griesman. She was a graduate of North Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, NC. Anne worked at Interstate Securities/Interstate Group as a Senior Institutional Equity Trader. She was an active member of the NC Securities Trader Association and was a management stockbroker with Scottrade, Anne was dearly loved by her family and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband, James L. Cook of the home; her daughter, Kimberly Reid of the home; her two grandchildren, Kara Reid of Charleston, SC and Zach Reid of Charlotte, NC. Anne is also survived by her brother, Michael Griesman of Charleston, SC.
