Ann Marie Malone

March 3, 1947 — March 16, 2022

Ann Marie Malone, 75, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of Terrence William Malone entered into eternal rest Wednesday, March 16, 2022. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 20, 2022 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Ann Marie was born March 3, 1947, in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, daughter of the late Alfred LeTourneau and the late Laura Jones LeTourneau. After attending Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan, Ann worked energetically in medicine, working in medical records at several hospitals including the City of Hope Hospital in Los Angeles, as well as several nursing homes. She will be best remembered for her dedication to and intense love for her family. Ann Marie was a devoted wife and mother of three, who worked tirelessly for the welfare of her children. This was especially true with regards to her disabled son and daughter, for whom she never rested. When able to relax, Ann Marie enjoyed investigating the family genealogy, knitting and needlework, reading, and most recently, being a new grandma.

She is survived by her husband, Terrence William Malone of Mount Pleasant; son, Shawn Malone of Green Bay, WI; grandchild, Sullivan Brian James Malone, and another grandchild on the way; and two brothers, Alfred J. "Jay" LeTourneau III of Greenville, and William LeTourneau of Savannah, GA.

Ann is preceded in death by two of her children, Brian Terrence Malone, and Laura J. Malone.
