Ann Marie Butler

Ann Marie Butler, 75, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of Horace Butler entered into eternal rest Sunday, November 6, 2022. Her Celebration of life service will be held, Tuesday, November 15, 2022, in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel, at 1:00 P.M.

Ann was born October 24, 1947, in Charleston, SC, daughter of James E. Peirano, Sr.and_Marguerite Dunlap Peirano

She was a AMAZING mother, grandmother, and  great grandmother. She always took care of all of us, and not one of us didn't know how much she loved each and every single family member. Even her grand kids friends loved her too. If you needed to be put back in your place or just a shoulder to cry on and a ear to listen, Ganny was always there for each and every one. She knew just how to make you do the right thing, Her prayers, always felt like YES! I'm going to be okay today.  and she wasn't Grandma,Grandmother,Granny,Meme, she came up with her very own nick name Ganny.
She was the Best at it all. And will truly be missed,adored,loved, cherished but most of all LOVED!!!!!

That she was a wonderful person to work with. She waited tables for years at Alex's Restaurant when it was located in Mt by later on in life she was a stay at home wife and grandmother. She was an Italian and loved when she lived in Sicily. She could make some of the best Italian spaghettis in the whole world!

She is survived by her husband Horace Butler; son, Jonathan Butler; five grandchildren: Tiffany Harrelson of Mt. Pleasant, Travis Harrelson of Charleston, and Teresa Harrelson (Willie) Frasier of McClellanville, Meagan Butler of Jacksonville, FL, Morgan Butler of Jacksonville, FL; great-grandson, Aiden Worten; and great-granddaughter, Isabella Frasier. 

She was predeceased her parents, her brother J.E “Buddy” Peirano Jr, and by two sons: Michael Butler and Ernest "Rocky" James Harrelson.
