Entered into eternal rest on the morning of March 16, 2011, Angie Inez Hagan, widow of Willie F. Hagan. Residence, Charleston, South Carolina. The relative and friends of Angie Hagan are invited to attend her funeral services Sunday, March 20, 2011, at 2 pm, at Christ's Sanctified Holy Church Campground in Perry, Georgia. Burial will follow in the Campground Cemetery. The family will receive friends at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL this Friday afternoon from 5 until 7 pm.
Mrs. Hagan was born in Covington, Louisiana on January 22, 1914, daughter of the late Elige Pension Raney and the late Alice Tingle Raney Parker. She was a lifelong homemaker and supporter of her husband. She was a member of Christ's Sanctified Holy Church for over 85 years. She attended Woodlawn High School, Birmingham, Ala.
She is survived by her son, William F. Hagan, Jr. and his wife Peggy of Charleston; grandson's, William F. (Frankie) Hagan III and Bradley Parker Hagan and his wife Melanie. She is also survived by her youngest sister, Alice Parker Gray. Mrs. Hagan is preceded in death by her beloved and faithful husband, Willie F. Hagan, her step-father, Brittan H. Parker, sisters, Mildred E. Vaughan, Margarete P. Call, and Alma P. Gray.
