Anastassia Stoucker, 93, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Angelo Ernest Stoucker, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 10, 2015. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, in the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity, 30 Race Street at 12:00 p.m. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Downtown Chapel, 232 Calhoun Street, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. where a Trisagion Service will be held at 6:00 p.m.
Anastassia was born September 24, 1921 in Ithaca, Greece. She is the daughter of the late Demetrious Kouloumbis and the late Margarita Manolatou Kouloumbis. She was a homemaker, a member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and the Ladies Philoptochos Society.
She is survived by her son, Col. James E. (Barbara) Stoucker, USAF (Ret.) of Fairfax Station, VA; daughter, Margaret Stoucker of Charleston, SC; granddaughter, Amanda Stoucker of Alexandria, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews living in Greece.
