Allen Rubin Livingston, 79, of Ravenel, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, November 28, 2025. His funeral service will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 at J. Henry Stuhr Funeral Home Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd. at 12:00 pm. His interment will take place following the service at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends before the service from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Chapel.

Allen was born in Charleston, SC, son of the late Herbert and Norma Livingston. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He loved fishing, fishing trips, picking on everyone, and racing. He was the owner of Herbies Famous Fireworks, (Ravenel, South Carolina). Allen especially loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Allen is survived by his children, Norma Jean Bagnal (Billy) of Clarksville, TN, Tina Yvonne Livingston of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Allison Hager (Eric) of Cross, SC, and Matthew Hager (Brooke) of Summerville, SC, Adopted son Dillon Thompson of Charleston, SC; Granchildren, Roy (Mollie), Tina (Cliff), Ernie (Nicole), Kimberly (David), Jacob (Michelle), Caroline (Ryan), Preston, MacKenzie, and Gracelynn; and twelve great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers: Herbert Livingston, Ernest Livingston, and Irwin "Ducky" Livingston; and son, Walker Hager.
