Sunday, March 9, 2014, after a heroic fight with cancer. Arrangements by J. Henry Sturh Inc., Downtown Chapel.
Alice was born on May 16, 1946, in Boston, Massachusetts to Alice Helen Marcella and the late Albert Robert Marcella.
She is survived by her husband, David V. Whitt, daughters Michelle Anthony and Caroline Axman, and grandchildren Alice Anthony, Alana Anthony, Michael Anthony and Rose Axman.
Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston, 81 Gadsden Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
