Alice Hansen Ersboll, 85, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, wife of the late Erik Ersboll died Monday November 2, 2015. Services are pending. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
Alice was born June 17, 1930 in New Brunswick, Canada, one of four children of the late Thorvald Jorgen Hansen and the late Inger Flensted Hansen. She was formerly of Long Island, NY and Old Saybrook, CT before moving to Mount Pleasant. Alice was a homemaker and an avid cook, watching many cooking shows to test her skills. She also loved to travel whenever she had the opportunity. She was married for thirty six years to her husband Erik.
She is survived by son, Paul Erik Ersboll and his wife, Maryann, of Northport, NY; daughter, Ellen Jung and her husband, Brad, of Mount Pleasant, SC; grandchildren, Kayla, Emily, and Avery Ersboll, and Davis, Halden and Lauren Jung; brother, Robert Hansen and his wife, Phyllis, of Bonita Springs, Florida and sister, Elizabeth McCormick and her husband, John, of Westerville, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Knud Hansen
