Alfred "Fred" Widmann

Alfred "Fred" Reinhold Widmann, 61, of North Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Sandi Sneed Widmann passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2013. A Celebration of Fred's Life will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2013 in Seacoast Church, 750 Long Point Road, Mt. Pleasant, at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.

Mr. Widmann was born November 24, 1951 in Ludwigsburg, Germany, son of Erika Maria Hornle Widmann and the late Dieter Rolf Widmann. He was a Quality Engineer for over 35 years with Bosch. Fred attended Seacoast Church was a fan of cars. Above all else, Fred cherished and was cherished by his family.

He is survived by his wife, Sandi Widmann of North Charleston, SC; his mother, Erika Maria Widmann of Ludwigsburg, Germany; and his sister, Susanna Widmann. Fred was preceded in death by his brother, Dieter Widmann, and his sister, Gudrun Widmann.
