Alfred Francis Marin, 77, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Mary Lee Sutton Marin passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015. All Services will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC.MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road.
Alfred was born July 12, 1937 in Northbridge, Massachusetts, son of the late Leo Louis Marin and Cecile Bergeron Marin. He was a retired Corpsman with the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Mary S. Marin of Mount Pleasant, SC; daughter, Julie Johnson and her husband, Donald, of Mount Pleasant, SC; son, Michael Marin and his wife, Becky, of Portsmouth, VA; two granddaughters, Caisey and Crystal Marin; two grandsons, Austin and Justin Marin; four brothers, Ernest Marin and his wife, Vivian, of Witchita Falls, TX, Paul Marin and his wife, Marie, of Worcester, MA, Donald Marin and his wife, Darlene of Catawissa, PA and David Marin and his wife, Robbie, of Worcester, MA. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Leo L. Marin, Jr.
