Alderlee "Boots" Anderson

Alderlee "Boots" Flood Anderson, 89, of Folly Beach, South Carolina, wife of the late Daniel Marvin Anderson entered into eternal rest Saturday, August 13, 2016. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday August 19, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC,. WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's West Ashley from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road.

Boots was born October 12, 1926 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Muldrow K. Flood and Thelma Branton Flood Crosby. She was a graduate of Murray Vocational High School in Charleston, SC. Boots retired from the J.C. Penney Company and was previously employed at Belk and Condon's all in Charleston, SC. Boots was a born again Christian and a member of Folly Beach Baptist Church.

She is survived by her two sons, Daniel R. Anderson (Barbara) of Lancaster, SC, Randall M. Anderson (Tsai-Er) of Charleston, SC; granddaughter, April A. Stevens (Mark) and great-granddaughters, Laney and Lexi Stevens all of Kershaw, SC; step-granddaughter, Danielle Ward (Daniel), step-great-granddaughter, Audrey Claire Ward, and step-great-grandson, D.B. Ward all of Charleston; brother, M.K. "Bill" Flood (Eny) of Hanahan, SC; two sisters, Patricia Painter (Frank) of Charleston, SC, and Barbara Jean Blackburn of Florence, SC; many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
