Albert "Al" Lusk Wade, Jr., 65, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Peggy Ann Leegette Wade, and a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather passed away at 7:15 on Sunday, September 14, 2014. A Celebration of Al's Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 in the Historic Church of St. Andrews - Mt. Pleasant, 440 Whilden Street in the Old Village. Interment will be at a later date. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.Al was born October 4, 1948 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Albert Lusk Wade, Sr. and Mary Moran Wade. He is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Peggy Ann Leegette Wade; his children, Albert L. Wade III, Basel Edison Wade, and Kiyah Nicole Garten Wade; his grandchildren, Angelina Wade, Hayden Wade, Griffin Specht, and Conner Specht; his sister, Marie Wade; and his brothers, James Wade and John Wade. Al is also survived by many neices and nephews. Al will be loved and missed by all. May he rest in peace for he ran the race and finished. He fought hard to the very end and now he is resting with God.
