Alan Coggin, 56, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Shirley Ingles Coggin entered into eternal rest Friday, December 28, 2012.

The family will receive friends Monday, December 31, 2012 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 3:00 until 5:00 pm where a Moment of Silence will be observed at 5:00 pm .

Alan was born September 17, 1956 in Sheffield, England son of Les Coggin and Sarah Emily Coggin. He was a Pest Control Technician with Palmetto Exterminators.He is survived by his wife, Shirley Ingles Coggin of Charleston SC; mother, Sarah Emily Coggin, niece, Joanne Coggin, nephew, Marc Coggin all of Sheffield, England. He was predeceased by his brother David Coggin.
